slevlopen orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday). We do not dispatch during weekends and Chinese Public Holidays. All orders are shipped from China warehouse. We use Chinese Post for domestic and DHL for international deliveries.
Allow extra time during peak delivery times: The holiday season and Chinese public holidays.

The shipping fee shown below is an estimate only. Final shipping charges will be displayed during your checkout process based on the shipping method, product type, weight, and location chosen by you.
Please refer to the Chinese Post website in order to calculate the shipping timeframe for your location. This will help you estimate the number of business days taken to deliver the product after we dispatch it from our warehouse located at China. Please contact our customer service if you might have a query regarding this.
Chinese orders will be delivered via registered post and will require a signature upon receipt:
• Please provide an address where someone will be available between 9am-5pm to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise a card will be left detailing the nearest local post office.
• Alternatively, please provide a work address if no one is home during business hours.

All our international orders will be dispatched by DHL via Airmail. Please allow up to 14 days for international Airmail delivery.
Delivery time does not include the time parcels may spend in the destination country's customs service. All international orders may require a signature on delivery.

Order Tracking
Domestic orders will include a tracking number via email. Customers are expected to receive the tracking numbers on the day the order is dispatched from our Chinese warehouse.
Dispatch Delays
